Hair is on the track only for the purpose of transport, and it is not for weaving. Cut hair from the track before twist onto your hair. About 2 packs to complete style.

Comments: In March this year, I ordered online, and received my hair in approx. 4 days, intact, packaged to perfection. First go round, I had to find the best loc and twist gel, and out of desperation, I tried a simple extra strength styling gel which proved to be too grainy. I recently discovered Murrays Loc-Lock is best. My twists stay in place. I get compliments everywhere I go. Now, I'm close to 60 years of age and I get compliments from young and old, and many have asked who did my twists, and when I tell them...."I did" they are in total disbelief. I love my natural look and the hair quality is second to none, very professional grade. I love your website, the hair arrives true to its color. Please re-stock, I'm ready to reorder!!

Comments: Used this hair previously.... The hair was really soft,shiny and had a ringlet look to it. This hair would not stay twisted. Ordered it again, this time hair is totally different from previous purchase. It is in a big fluffy dry ball of hair, and not nearly as soft. I hope that the change in quality is for the better to help it stay twisted. I will keep you posted. Of the people that were pleased, and had the hair that did stay twisted..... which kind did you receive?

Comments: Love the hair. I get so many compliments. the first time i used it, it would not stay twisted. the 2nd time i uses it with cream wax to keep the ends twisted. I just placed my 3rd order. also going to try the spring twist in the near furture

Comments: The hair is soft, fluffy and I like the color, and my package arrived really quick. The only problem I have is that the hair is way to short. I know I can add hair as I twist, but it would have been way more convenient to just use longer strands.

Comments: The fluffy twist hair texture is inconsistent. One package is soft, slighty curly. The other is wirey and a huge puffball. I couldn't even see the tracks when I opened it. Never had problems with spring twist hair, but be careful ordering fluffy twist hair.

Comments: I ordered this hair to do a style similar to that pictured on the package but shorter. Based on the outcome I hade with the nubian silk hair I expected nothing but greatness. The same proffessional braider did my twists. From the begining she continued to state that no matter what she did it the hair wouldn't curl or stay twisted at the ends. She tried cutting diffrent ways and nothing seemed to work. It has been 7 days and I've already lost 3 twists. The rest of my hair continues to unravel even though my hair is wrapped and protected every evening. Right now I look like I started taking my twists out and got lazy. Not a good look. I'm dissatisfied with this hair, and not sure If I will order again. If there's a special way you are to seal or close the ends it needs to be listed in the product description. At this point I'm out the money I paid for the 2 bags of hair I orderd as well as the amount I paid to get them done. Now I need to have it redone because this probably wont last 3

Comments: This hair is a wonderful product however, every time I order the hair it is very inconsistent. I am sure that this will not be published because they do not want you to know but you will find out for yourself. THere has been no 1 or 1b for almost 6 months with no explanation. The shipment is processed depending on how busy it is which is why I am finding another product. This is not worth it.

Return/Exchange Policy

For any Return or Exchange, always tries its best to assist customers. But as a customer, you must understand the fact that shipping cost is charged by the 3rd parties such as UPS or USPS and does not have any control over the shipping cost.
As a consumer, you are responsible for the selection of products and/or its colors, while, as an online store, shall not tries to profit from the Return or Exchange process. Based on this ground, following Return and Exchange policy is drawn and must be followed by all customers.

Return Policy

  • For any Return, ACTUAL shipping cost will not be refunded. In many cases, we offer lower shipping cost than the ACTUAL shipping cost to attract customers.  If product is returned, full amount of shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
  • For any Return, 20% of restocking fee will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
  • Any products that are not in resellable condition will not be returnable. If returned product is not resellable, we will not refund your money, nor send your returned product back to you unless you pay for the shipping. So please do NOT order products that you are not sure of.
  • You are responsible to receive any shipped package. If your package returns because there are no person to receive package or you refuse to receive it, we will charge 20% restocking fee plus the ACTUAL shipping charge. If you want to rearrange the shipping, you are responsible for additional shipping charge.

Exchange Policy:'s goal is to provide convenient and pleasurable online buying experiences to our valued customers. We allow one (1) exchange per item without charging handling fee - please read fee section below carefully.
Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 20% unauthorized product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow these exchange guidelines:

  • now offers Hassle-free color exchanges! If you are not happy with your color selection and wish to exchange the same item for a different color the 20% exchange fee will be waived for your first exchange. But you are still responsible for addtional shipping charge.
  • 20% exchange fees apply to all other exchange item(s).
  • If you receive style/color help from our experts and the suggestions are not satisfactory, exchange fees and/or handling fees are not waived. Please choose carefully.
  • Charges required to complete exchanges are made on the credit card submitted in the original order.
  • Balances are issued as store credit only and can be used at any time with in 1 year.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Requests for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre-authorized by with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without an RMA the item(s) will incur a 30% unauthorized product fee.
