  1. Orders are normally processed within 12 hours of order placement.
  2. Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing.
  3. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Air, US Ground, Canada Air or International) on the order form.


NOTE: Your credit card will be charged only after we verify that product is in stock. Until then, your money will be held by your bank until the transaction either completed or canceled within the bank's designated time period. In your bank statement, it may appear as if we already received your money upon placing your order, but please note that your bank is holding your money until we either fulfill your order or cancel your order.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

The Credit Card charges may appear as E-ON Natural or Hair Store on your bank statement.

We do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment options. You may order the products offline with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders. Please download Mail Order; fill it out; and send it with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders in the mail to following address.

Changes to Order
You may request to change your order if your order hasn't been shipped out.  To do so, you must request over the phone or email. When using the email to change your order, please be aware that we may not check your email in time and your email request may not valid without our confirmation to your request.

Our daily shipment leaves our building around 5:00pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Any changes you made after 4:00pm EST, maybe processed next business day.

 

Mail Order
To place a mail order, complete the Catalog Order Form (below) with your payment enclosed. Please note accepted forms of payment; Credit Card, Cashier's Check, or Money Order only. Payable to: BeautyandHair.com
We will ship your item(s) after we process your payment.
 

Backorders
Unlike many other online wig shops, EONhair.com operates physical retail stores (showrooms) in multiple locations. It gives us advantage over our competitors in volume of in-stock item levels. Although we try our best to keep all products we distribute online in-stock at all time, backorder may occur. If a backorder occurs on your ordered item(s), your order will be placed automatically on a priority waitlist. We will promptly notify you the status of your order and ship item(s) upon arrival.

 


EONhair.com's goal is to provide convenient and pleasurable online buying experiences to our valued customers. We allow one (1) exchange per item - please read fee section below. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow these exchange guidelines:

Product Eligibility

  • Eligible product(s): must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  • Items not eligible for exchange: Costume Wigs, Last Call, Clearance, Discontinued, Accessories, Liquid Products, Special Orders and Wholesale Orders.
  • If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.

Exchange Fees

  • EONhair.com now offers Hassle-free color exchanges for all EON Natural brands of products! If you are not happy with your color selection and wish to exchange the same item for a different color the 20% exchange fee will be waived for your first exchange. All you have to pay is the additional shipping. 
  • For all other brands, except EON Natural, 20% restock and handling fee will be charged.
  • Charges required to complete exchanges are made on the credit card submitted in the original order.

Shipping Costs on Exchange

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping fee, when sending product back to Eonhair.com
     
  • Additional Shipping charges will apply to all exchange requests.
  • We will ship via the method chosen on your original order, unless instructions in the exchange package specify otherwise.
 
 
How to Request an Exchange
  • Requests for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre-authorized by EONhair.com with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without an RMA the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.
     
  • To ensure your exchange goes smoothly, please do the following only after you are sure your item(s) is eligible:
  1. Email sales@EONhair.com to request your RMA number. You will receive an email response with your RMA number and instructions on how to exchange and return the product. Please allow up to 2 business days for response.
  2. If order was placed by phone or mail and there is no access to email; please call our Exchange Department between 10:00am - 6:00pm EST. Phone (301) 329-8301.
  3. Exchange items must be returned to EONhair.com within 10 days from receipt of the RMA number. Once EONhair.com receives your exchange package, please allow up to 5 business days for the exchange process to complete.

How to Prepare Your Exchange Package

  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RMA will be refused.
  • Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.

  • All return request must be submitted from the customer's account online at www.eonhair.com within 7 days after receiving the order. You can find this in your account page, under the <orders> tap.
     
  • You must receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you return the package. If your package is returned to us without the RMA number, we will not be able to refund your money.
     
  • Returned product must be in original package, unopened, and resellable condition.
     
  • For all return transactions, 20% restock and handling fee will be charged.
     
  • Customers are responsible for all return postage.
     
  • Money will be refunded to same credit card that was used originally after deducting 20% restock and handling fee, and shipping fee.

Undeliverable or Unaccepted Order

For any shipments returned to us due to a wrong address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Additionally, shipping charges are non refundable.

 

Shipping and Handling

For the cardholder's protection, EONhair.com reserves the right to send orders only to the credit card billing address if shipping address cannot be verified.

Eonhair.com is not responsible for any lost packages.

** We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
